Work session on the new call for R+D+I project proposals from science and technology parks

On Tuesday 11th April, the Fèlix Serratosa Hall, Parc Científic de Barcelona (PCB, Barcelona Science park), will host a work session on the new application call for R+D+I project proposals from science and technology parks. Directed at managerial and technical staff of Catalan science and technology parks, enterprises located in these parks and research institutes and universities, the workshop will present the coming call for project funding.

The session will kick off with a presentation by the director of the PCB, Fernando Albericio. This will be followed by a contribution by the coordinator of the Science and technology Park programme of the Dirección General de Política Tecnològica of the Ministry of Education and Science, Rafael Rivas, who will explain the changes introduced in the next application call for funding for science and technology parks and will explain several projects and the criteria used for evaluation.

The second half of the work session will be devoted to a round table session in which participants will address problems concerning the presentation of applications, documentation and the justification of the funding. Moreover, participants will debate measures to improve this procedure.
