IL3 will visit the Barcelona Science Park

Tomorrow Thursday, March 26, at 10 a.m., a group of members from the University of Barcelona's Institute for Lifelong Learning Community() will visit the facilities of the Barcelona Science Park (PCB). This initiative is framed within the IL3Aula+'s activities programme and has been coordinated by IL3-UB's Department of Services to the Community and the PCB's Directorate of Research and Innovation.

The University of Barcelona’s IL3 Institute for Lifelong Learning is the result of the fusion of two UB Group organizations with a wealth of experience in continuing education: Les Heures – Bosch i Gimpera Foundation (classroom-based training) and the University of Barcelona Virtual (online training). It was born from the desire to become a tool at the service of society, to provide excellence training to people and companies, institutions and organizations. IL3’s training programs encompass all fields of the sciences and arts and are divided in eleven thematic areas with a set of classroom-based, blended learning or distance learning courses of different durations (from Masters to post-graduate studies to seminars). Additionally, it also boasts customized training aimed at companies.

is the non-academic activities programme that complements IL3-UB’s training programmes. Organized monthly by the department of Services to the Community, it offers the members of the IL3-UB Community conferences, visits to companies, workshops and more recreational outings on specific topics, all of which serve to complement IL3-UB’s training programmes.
