Second annual international technology-transfer meeting in Valencia

The second annual technology-transfer meeting Research to Business in Health Sciences and Technologies, under the framework of the European Interbio cooperation project, will take place on 17 and 18 November at the Valencia Chamber of Commerce. Biocat coordinates Catalan representation in this project, in collaboration with a scientific committee made up of representatives from the Barcelona Science Park, the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the UAB Research Park.

The inaugural event, on 17 November, will feature Arturo Ortigosa, director of FIVEC, and Alain-Michel Boudet, director of Interbio (pending confirmation from other authorities). Afterwards, there will be a plenary session entitled New challenges in Technology Transfer with Maria Flocco (Pfizer) and Paola Arimondo (Pierre-Fabre & CNRS).

Interbio is a project for collaboration among five European regions —Bordeaux, Catalonia, Lisbon, Toulouse and Valencia— funded by the European Commission Feder fund as part of the Interreg program.
