Use of meeting rooms and related activities
The improved epidemiological situation means that group face-to-face activities can be resumed while respecting safety measures to avoid the risk of infection.
In keeping with this, the Park periodically reviews meeting room seating capacities to adjust them as much as possible in each case, ensuring adequate ventilation and compliance with hygiene and safety measures. The updated capacities can be found in the service portal under the Room Reservation section.
During conferences and business meetings, basic rules must be observed:
-Keep a safe distance by occupying the available seats.
-Wear a face mask during the entire meeting.
-Staggered entrances and exits to avoid crowds.
Although the organization of snacks, coffees and catering is not currently prohibited, it is considered a risky activity and the Park advises against it. Eating, drinking and talking with the mask down involves risk and is subject to restrictions. The reception staff will be happy to advise you on the current regulations and how they apply to a specific activity.
