PCB hosted the Graduation Day of d·HEALTH Barcelona 2014-2015 Blog Post

After eight months of intense training and learning, the second class of Design Health Barcelona (d·HEALTH Barcelona) fellows graduated last week in a ceremony held at the Barcelona Science Park. The eight fellows have left the program equipped with not only specific knowledge but also personal and entrepreneurial skills that will allow them to develop viable solutions to the three unmet clinical needs detected during their stays at Hospital Clínic and Hospital Sant Joan de Déu in Barcelona.

 

Ordesa leads the Smartfoods project Blog Post

The Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) has granted the Smartfoods industrial research project for the development of smart food to a consortium of companies led by Ordesa from this R&D&i center at Parc Científic de Barcelona.The aim of this research is the design of foods and screening tests that will help reduce the risk of some of the most frequently occurring diseases that will cause 3 of every 4 deaths in 2020.
