«This month, the PCBakers will raise money for Pulseras Candela on the 21st of March from 9:30-11:30 am at Cluster II entrance (av. Dr. Marañón). Come take your pick from dozens of delicious homemade treats and help to support a great cause!. The Candela Bracelets Association (https://www.pulserascandela.org) emerges from the unity, affection, and commitment of many families and friends of children with cancer with a common goal: to fund research on childhood cancer. They weave «candela» bracelets to express gratitude for the donations received. They seek the collaboration of businesses and enterprises for their distribution. They organize various charitable events and actively engage in research projects, advocating for the voices of families and patients. They support newly affected families through their project and raise awareness about childhood cancer, a rare and often overlooked disease. Their mission includes spreading awareness about the importance of research and specifically financing research dedicated to childhood cancer.»
