The 2004 PCB Calendar is awarded a prize

The 2004 PCB Calendar has been awarded a prize in the 53rd Graphic Arts Competition, organized by the Graphic Industry Guild of Catalonia. The prize is in recognition of the high standard of print quality achieved by the company System BCN. The printing system used, wet offset, provides high quality photographic quality, for which the calendar in 2003 was also awarded.

Designed by Jaume Aymerich, the 2004 edition of the calendar is devoted to pharmaceutical heritage. It shows photographs by Raimon Solà of objects and furnishings from the Vilardell pharmacy, which has been situated in the heart of Barcelona for more than 100 years. Through this calendar, the PCB has achieved its aim of increasing public awareness of pharmaceutical heritage.
