{"id":38850,"date":"2020-09-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-08T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pcb.ub.edu\/\/investigadores-del-ibec-y-del-irb-barcelona-reciben-financiacion-de-la-caixa-en-investigacion-biomedica\/"},"modified":"2020-11-18T14:02:42","modified_gmt":"2020-11-18T13:02:42","slug":"investigadores-del-ibec-y-del-irb-barcelona-reciben-financiacion-de-la-caixa-en-investigacion-biomedica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pcb.ub.edu\/es\/investigadores-del-ibec-y-del-irb-barcelona-reciben-financiacion-de-la-caixa-en-investigacion-biomedica\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigadores del IBEC y del IRB Barcelona reciben financiaci\u00f3n de \u201cla Caixa\u201d en investigaci\u00f3n biom\u00e9dica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dos proyectos del IBEC, que se proponen utilizar t\u00e9cnicas innovadoras que permitan descifrar los mecanismos que promueven la met\u00e1stasis en c\u00e1ncer colorrectal, han sido seleccionados para recibir financiaci\u00f3n de la <a href=\"https:\/\/prensa.fundacionlacaixa.org\/es\/2020\/09\/01\/la-fundacion-la-caixa-destina-18-millones-de-euros-a-25-proyectos-de-investigacion-biomedica-puntera-para-hacer-frente-a-los-retos-de-la-salud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">3a edici\u00f3n\u00a0de la Convocatoria de Investigaci\u00f3n en Salud<\/a> de \u00abla Caixa\u00bb (<a id=\"LPlnk372198\" style=\"font-weight: 200;\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/laCaixaHealthResearch?src=hashtag_click\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\">#laCaixaHealthResearch<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto PROMISE, liderado por la Jefe de Grupo en el IBEC y Profesora de la Universidad de Barcelona Elena Mart\u00ednez, tiene por objetivo el desarrollo de una nueva plataforma que imitar\u00e1 el microambiente vascular tumoral de pacientes con c\u00e1ncer colorrectal metast\u00e1sico para as\u00ed, ayudar los m\u00e9dicos a encontrar el mejor enfoque terap\u00e9utico y monitorizaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n, del curso de la enfermedad.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el proyecto Mech4Cancer los investigadores Xavier Trepat y Pere Roca-Cusachs, buscar\u00e1 desarrollar sensores que ayuden a visualizar c\u00f3mo las fuerzas a las c\u00e9lulas, y promueven la progresi\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer colorrectal. <strong>M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n en la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibecbarcelona.eu\/ca\/bioenginyera-contra-el-cancer-investigadors-ibec-reben-financament-de-la-caixa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">web del IBEC [+]<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Otro de los proyectos elegidos en esta convocatoria de \u00abla Caixa\u00bb es el del investigador Manuel Palac\u00edn, que tiene por objetivo encontrar tratamientos con la esquizofrenia y el ictus.
