{"id":38519,"date":"2018-07-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-07-08T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pcb.ub.edu\/\/arranca-la-tercera-edicion-del-biysc\/"},"modified":"2020-11-16T16:20:25","modified_gmt":"2020-11-16T15:20:25","slug":"arranca-la-tercera-edicion-del-biysc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pcb.ub.edu\/es\/arranca-la-tercera-edicion-del-biysc\/","title":{"rendered":"Arranca la tercera edici\u00f3n del BIYSC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El BIYSC acoge a 100 estudiantes\u00a0de entre 16 y 18 a\u00f1os de 23 paises de los cinco continentes\u00a0y les ofrece la posibilidad de trabajar en ingl\u00e9s, en peque\u00f1os grupos, en diferentes retos cient\u00edficos y tecnol\u00f3gicos propuestos por centros de investigaci\u00f3n internacionales con sede\u00a0en Catalu\u00f1a, que participan en investigaciones de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n; adem\u00e1s podr\u00e1n asistir a conferencias cient\u00edficas, debates y seminarios impartidos por cient\u00edficos l\u00edderes de los grupos; y compartir dos semanas con j\u00f3venes de todo el mundo entusiasmados por la ciencia, entre otras actividades.<\/p>\n<p>El IBEC recibir\u00e1 a los estudiantes que participen en el proyecto \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/biysc.org\/programmes\/research-projects\/instructive-biomaterials-regenerative-medicine\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" style=\"font-weight: 200\" target=\"_blank\">Instructive Biomaterials for Regenerative Medicine<\/a>\u201d, coordinado por los miembros del grupo del IBEC\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ibecbarcelona.eu\/biomaterials\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" style=\"font-weight: 200\" target=\"_blank\">Biomaterials for Regenerative Therapies\u00a0<\/a>Soledad P\u00e9rez y Jes\u00fas Ordo\u00f1o. El proyecto ayudar\u00e1 a los estudiantes a entender los fundamentos de la medicina regenerativa y a conocer como se desarrollan andamios de biomateriales espec\u00edficos para diversas aplicaciones. Adem\u00e1s, el grupo\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibecbarcelona.eu\/es\/synthetic-perceptive-emotive-and-cognitive-systems-specs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SPECS<\/a> (Synthetic, Perceptive, Emotive and Cognitive Systems), tambi\u00f1en\u00a0del IBEC, impartir\u00e1\u00a0el taller\u00a0\u00ab<a href=\"http:\/\/biysc.org\/programmes\/research-projects\/neuro-robotics-tool-understand-brain\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Neuro-rob\u00f3tica como herramienta para entender el cerebro<\/a>\u00ab. En este curso utilizar\u00e1n robots m\u00f3viles impresos en 3D para aprender c\u00f3mo construir comportamientos complejos que no son s\u00f3lo respuestas reactivas a un est\u00edmulo sino que tambi\u00e9n incluyen aprendizaje y memoria.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el IRB participa a trav\u00e9s del taller\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/biysc.org\/programmes\/research-projects\/drosophila-melanogaster-model-study-human-disease\" style=\"font-weight: 200\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00abDrosophila melanogaster: a model to study human disease\u00bb<\/a>\u00a0impartidos por estudiantes de doctorado y posdoctorado del\u00a0laboratorio de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.irbbarcelona.org\/es\/research\/development-and-growth-control-laboratory\" style=\"font-weight: 200\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Desarrollo y Control del Crecimiento y Desarrollo<\/a>\u00a0donde\u00a0se trabaja con la mosca de la fruta (<em>Drosophila melanogaster<\/em>) como medio para modelizar y estudiar enfermedades humanas.
