Se trata, tambi\u00e9n, de un avance notable en el control del ADN como material de partida para obtener dispositivos biom\u00e9dicos a escala nanom\u00e9trica. <\/p>\n<p> El trabajo, que se publica en la revista Angewandte Chemie (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/m\/pubmed\/23766021\/?i=2&amp;from=\/22850722\/related\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"email\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">doi: 10.1002\/anie.201301293<\/a>) ha sido desarrollado por el grupo de Qu\u00edmica de \u00c1cidos Nucleicos del IQAC-CSIC, y tiene como investigadora principal a Carmen F\u00e1bregas, integrante del mismo grupo pero adscrita al IRB Barcelona. <\/p>\n<p> En la t\u00e9cnica origami de ADN, se parte de una gran cadena de ADN que se va plegando de forma natural gracias a otros peque\u00f1os segmentos de ADN (oligonucle\u00f3tidos) que act\u00faan como si fueran grapas, hasta obtener dise\u00f1os diversos. De ah\u00ed viene precisamente su nombre, tomado del tradicional arte oriental que crea figuras plegando una hoja de papel en distintas formas. <\/p>\n<p> Las estructuras obtenidas pueden usarse como plantillas para colocar prote\u00ednas, nanopart\u00edculas, enzimas, nanocables o cualquier otra mol\u00e9cula funcional siguiendo un patr\u00f3n predeterminado. El ADN tiene otras ventajas: su rigidez (a nivel nanom\u00e9trico), el tama\u00f1o extraordinariamente peque\u00f1o y una posibilidad de combinaciones casi infinita. <\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn nuestro trabajo\u00bb, explica Ramon Eritja, ,  \u00abhemos usado ADN viral de cadena sencilla y unos 250 oligonucle\u00f3tidos \u00abgrapa\u00bb con los que hemos conseguido doblar el ADN hasta formar una estructura plana, en nuestro caso de forma rectangular\u00bb, explica Ram\u00f3n Eritja, que dirige el grupo de Qu\u00edmica de \u00c1cidos Nucleicos del IAC. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dicat.csic.es\/rdcsic\/index.php\/tecnologias-quimicas-2\/131-projects\/181-un-nanosensor-creado-unicamente-con-segmentos-de-adn\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"email\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n [+]<\/a>     <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Investigadores del IRB Barcelona \u2013con sede en el Parc Cientific de Barcelona\u2013 y del Instituto de Qu\u00edmica Avanzada de Catalu\u00f1a (IAC) del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas (CSIC) han conseguido desarrollar un nanosensor usando \u00fanicamente peque\u00f1os segmentos de ADN.
