La incorporaci\u00f3n del directivo estadounidense coincide con una fase clave para la compa\u00f1\u00eda, que acelera el desarrollo de su nueva generaci\u00f3n de terapias BCI en v\u00edsperas de los ensayos y de su futura comercializaci\u00f3n para trastornos neurol\u00f3gicos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"1138\">\u201cScott aporta una trayectoria excepcional en la expansi\u00f3n de compa\u00f1\u00edas de tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e9dica y en la gesti\u00f3n de etapas cr\u00edticas de crecimiento\u201d, afirma <strong>Carolina Aguilar<\/strong>, consejera delegada y cofundadora de INBRAIN. \u201cSu experiencia al frente de plataformas que van desde la imagen m\u00e9dica hasta la rob\u00f3tica quir\u00fargica y los dispositivos inteligentes ser\u00e1 decisiva para avanzar hacia fases cl\u00ednicas m\u00e1s avanzadas. Con m\u00e1s de dos d\u00e9cadas de experiencia, ha sido fundador, directivo y asesor de varias compa\u00f1\u00edas que han marcado tendencia en el \u00e1mbito sanitario. Ha liderado dos empresas valoradas como \u201cunicornios\u201d y ha contribuido al crecimiento de una decena de firmas de alta expansi\u00f3n, con valoraciones que en conjunto superan los 6.000 millones de d\u00f3lares y tecnolog\u00edas utilizadas por m\u00e1s de 20 millones de pacientes en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"2332\">Entre sus cargos m\u00e1s recientes destaca la presidencia y direcci\u00f3n ejecutiva de Verb Surgical, la <em data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1737\">joint venture<\/em> creada por Google y Johnson &amp; Johnson con el objetivo de democratizar la cirug\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de la rob\u00f3tica, la inteligencia artificial y la visualizaci\u00f3n avanzada. Antes dirigi\u00f3 Volcano Corporation, compa\u00f1\u00eda que llev\u00f3 desde su fundaci\u00f3n hasta su salida a bolsa y posterior adquisici\u00f3n por Philips. Bajo su liderazgo, la empresa se convirti\u00f3 en un referente mundial en terapias guiadas por imagen, super\u00f3 los 400 millones de d\u00f3lares en ingresos anuales y alcanz\u00f3 una capitalizaci\u00f3n cercana a los 2.000 millones. Tambi\u00e9n estuvo al frente de Digirad Corporation, que acabar\u00eda cotizando en el Nasdaq.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2334\" data-end=\"2768\">\u201cINBRAIN est\u00e1 desarrollando la plataforma terap\u00e9utica BCI m\u00e1s prometedora del sector\u201d, sostiene <strong>Huennekens<\/strong>. \u201cEl grafeno ofrece un nivel de precisi\u00f3n, biocompatibilidad y calidad de se\u00f1al que permite terapias m\u00e1s seguras, inteligentes y verdaderamente personalizadas.
