Con esta inversi\u00f3n, la empresa da impulso al desarrollo de la tecnolog\u00eda de interfaz cerebro-ordenador (BCI) de precisi\u00f3n basada en grafeno para modificar y modular la actividad cerebral en tiempo real para el tratamiento de enfermedades neuronales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La spinoff de ICREA y el ICN2 ha desarrollado la primera interfaz neuronal de grafeno del mundo para el tratamiento de enfermedades del sistema nervioso central (SNC). Esta tecnolog\u00eda ya se ha probado con \u00e9xito en pacientes con c\u00e1ncer, y tambi\u00e9n se han publicado pruebas de concepto con resultados prometedores en aplicaciones para la epilepsia, Parkinson y el ictus. La plataforma <em>Brain-Computer Interface Therapeutics<\/em> (BCI-Tx) de INBRAIN se basa en las propiedades excepcionales del grafeno, un material galardonado con el Premio Nobel, reconocido por su resistencia, flexibilidad y alta resoluci\u00f3n en la detecci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales neuronales.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pertechip.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PERTE Chip<\/a> (Proyecto Estrat\u00e9gico para la Recuperaci\u00f3n y Transformaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica de la Microelectr\u00f3nica y los Semiconductores) tiene como objetivo reforzar, desde una perspectiva integral, las capacidades de dise\u00f1o y producci\u00f3n de la industria microelectr\u00f3nica y de semiconductores de Espa\u00f1a, a la vez que promueve la autonom\u00eda tecnol\u00f3gica estrat\u00e9gica.<\/p>\n<p>INBRAIN Neuroelectronics ha sido uno de los 37 proyectos seleccionados de todo el Estado por su potencial transformador. \u00abEsta subvenci\u00f3n nos permitir\u00e1 acelerar la misi\u00f3n de desarrollar nanotecnolog\u00edas de precisi\u00f3n capaz de transformar el tratamiento de las enfermedades neurol\u00f3gicas, al tiempo que contribuir\u00e1 a posicionar a Espa\u00f1a a la vanguardia de la innovaci\u00f3n en tecnolog\u00eda profunda para la atenci\u00f3n sanitaria\u00bb, ha explicado <strong>Carolina Aguilar<\/strong>, CEO y cofundadora de INBRAIN Neuroelectronics.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abINBRAIN Neuroelectronics representa exactamente el tipo de innovaci\u00f3n de vanguardia que queremos apoyar desde la Generalitat de Catalunya\u00bb, declar\u00f3 <strong>Miquel S\u00e0mper<\/strong>, consejero de Empresa y Trabajo de la Generalitat. \u00abAl combinar la neurotecnolog\u00eda con materiales avanzados como el grafeno, INBRAIN no solo est\u00e1 ampliando los l\u00edmites de la innovaci\u00f3n sanitaria, sino que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 reforzando el liderazgo de Catalu\u00f1a, Espa\u00f1a y Europa en sectores estrat\u00e9gicos de la tecnolog\u00eda profunda.
