En colaboraci\u00f3n con la compa\u00f1\u00eda suiza Doppl SA y con la financiaci\u00f3n del Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico y la Innovaci\u00f3n (CDTI) y el Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovaci\u00f3n y Universidades, el proyecto busca optimizar el cribado de f\u00e1rmacos mediante tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas, mejorando la predicci\u00f3n de la eficacia terap\u00e9utica e incrementando las tasas de \u00e9xito.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El desarrollo de tratamientos eficaces contra el c\u00e1ncer hep\u00e1tico sigue siendo un reto debido a la complejidad del tejido tumoral y la dificultad de replicar con precisi\u00f3n tanto su microambiente como el comportamiento del h\u00edgado humano. El proyecto LIVERtera (Integraci\u00f3n de modelos <em>in silico<\/em> y organoides tumorales hep\u00e1ticos para la identificaci\u00f3n y validaci\u00f3n de dianas terap\u00e9uticas) nace para abordar estas dificultades, combinando lo mejor de la biotecnolog\u00eda y la inteligencia computacional para acelerar el descubrimiento de nuevas terapias oncol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, BeCytes Biotechnologies y Doppl SA. trabajar\u00e1n conjuntamente en el desarrollo y optimizaci\u00f3n de modelos <em>in vitro<\/em> e <em>in silico<\/em> para el estudio de tumores hep\u00e1ticos, abarcando la generaci\u00f3n y cultivo de organoides, la caracterizaci\u00f3n de tejidos y el desarrollo de tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Un salto biotecnol\u00f3gico en la lucha contra el c\u00e1ncer hep\u00e1tico\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la integraci\u00f3n de organoides tumorales hep\u00e1ticos derivados de pacientes y modelos <em>in silico<\/em> de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, LIVERtera pretende optimizar el cribado de f\u00e1rmacos, haci\u00e9ndolo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, preciso y representativo de la realidad cl\u00ednica. Esta innovadora estrategia permitir\u00e1 crear un biorepositorio de organoides tumorales para su uso en investigaci\u00f3n y validaci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmacos, desarrollar modelos <em>in vitro<\/em> e <em>in silico<\/em> avanzados y establecer un servicio precl\u00ednico innovador que integre y optimice el cribado de f\u00e1rmacos mediante la combinaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas experimentales y computacionales.<\/p>\n<p>Al ofrecer un sistema m\u00e1s fiable y eficiente para la selecci\u00f3n de tratamientos, se incrementa la tasa de \u00e9xito en ensayos cl\u00ednicos y se promueve el desarrollo de terapias m\u00e1s personalizadas y efectivas.
