Cellular Structural Biology: a powerful approach to reveal the molecular mechanism of cellular processes
In this talk, I will showcase our comprehensive investigation leveraging genome engineering, in situ cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET), AlphaFold2 protein structure prediction, structural proteomics, correlated light and electron microscopy (CLEM), expansion microscopy, total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF) microscopy, and in vitro reconstitution assays.
