Today, CAS<\/a>, a division of the American Chemical Society specializing in scientific knowledge management, announced the launch of the CAS BioFinder Discovery Platform\u2122<\/a>, a cutting-edge tool based on CLARITY\u00ae technology from the Catalan biotech Chemotargets<\/a>. The company, based in the Barcelona Science Park, is a global leader in the development of artificial intelligence and prediction platforms for drug discovery and design.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The CAS BioFinder Discovery Platform taps into science content through the CAS Content Collection\u2122, which includes the world\u2019s most comprehensive, highly structured, human-curated scientific data. In addition to connecting biological sequences, structure-activity relationship data, ADME-measurement, and toxicity to its substance collection, CAS more recently incorporated biomarker data linked to diseases and drugs. CAS leveraged Chemotargets CLARITY\u00ae<\/sup> as the technological foundation for the CAS BioFinder\u2122 predictive capabilities and analytics.<\/p>\n

Pairing this wealth of scientific knowledge with proprietary AI-powered technology and an intuitive, visual interface, the CAS BioFinder Discovery Platform is built to serve drug discovery scientists in their research just like CAS SciFinder\u00ae <\/sup>has served chemists and related scientists for decades.<\/p>\n
