The Spanish team of the German group <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hoffmanneitle.com\/en\">Hoffmann Eitle<\/a>, with offices in Madrid and the Barcelona Science Park, has, at present, more than 30 professionals with extensive experience in evaluating patent portfolios and issues relating to freedom-to operate and due diligence and advice in all legal and technical matters concerning patents, patent applications and supplementary protection certificates (SPC\u2019s).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a subsidiary of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hoffmanneitle.com\/en\/firm\/history\">Hoffmann Eitle<\/a>\u00a0-one of the most prestigious IP law firms, founded in 1892 by <strong>Emil Hoffmann<\/strong>, with headquarters in Munich and present in eight European cities-Hoffmann Eitle Madrid &amp; Barcelona are led by <strong>Joachim Renken<\/strong>, president;<strong> Gustavo F\u00faster<\/strong>, general director, and <strong>Silvia Bertran<\/strong>, director of the Barcelona office.
