The conditioning of the PCBeach was possible thanks to the support of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcb.ub.edu\/en\/empresa\/stat-dx-a-qiagen-company\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Qiagen<\/a> who collaborated financially in the project.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The opening ceremony was attended by <strong>Maria Terrades<\/strong>, director general of the PCB, 26 Park Ambassadors and the presence of the Qiagen management team, led by <strong>Nik Baumann<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The PCBeach has been one of the Park&#8217;s latest projects to promote the interaction between art and science in its iconic spaces and to give visibility and voice to contemporary artistic talent. The artist<strong> Deluz<\/strong> won a competition with more than 18 participants with his work <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/deluz.design\/?hl=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Catxalot,<\/a> a mural depicting this sea cetacean 4.5 m high by 6.5 m wide, last spring.<\/p>\n<p>With the PCB Ambassadors program, the Park&#8217;s management aims to be closer to the installed entities and generate a direct channel of communication with them, as well as to promote internal networking.
