The company\u2019s slogan is: It\u2019s about time, it\u2019s about life.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally,\u00a0bioinformatics firm Mind the Byte &#8211; based in Barcelons Scientifc Park &#8211; and\u00a0\u00a0founded by\u00a0Alfons Nonell-Canals, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pcb.ub.edu\/portal\/en\/noticies\/-\/noticia\/not_la-bioinformatica-mind-the-byte-adquireix-intelligent-pharma?backURL=\/portal\/es\/el-pcb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">acquired Intelligent Pharma<\/a>, its main competitor. Mind the Byte develops and supplies\u00a0latest-generation software for drug discovery\u00a0using technology based on artificial intelligence and big data, and is currently expanding internationally and looking to go public in the near future.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Biosuccess Award represents this courage that we want to encourage over the coming years based on three pillars: innovation as a driving force for change, entrepreneurship as an attitude, and the network as the structure for work,\u201d noted Jaume Amat.<\/p>\n<p>The event also recognised the former presidents of <a href=\"http:\/\/cataloniabioht.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CataloniaBio<\/a>, Ignasi Biosca, and the HealthTech Cluster, Albert Gallart, for their work guiding the two organisations towards the merger.
