Aquest tipus de c\u00e0ncer pot produir met\u00e0stasi despr\u00e9s de llargs per\u00edodes lliures de malaltia, i causar la mort en un curt per\u00edode de temps.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;En els \u00faltims anys, s&#8217;ha observat per a aquest tipus de c\u00e0ncer una possible interacci\u00f3 entre les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules tumorals que produeixen la met\u00e0stasi i els fibroblasts derivats de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules MSC localitzades en l&#8217;os. Aquestes interaccions tenen efectes sobre el tumor i poden estar darrere de la recaiguda metast\u00e0tica i condicionar la resposta de la malaltia a les ter\u00e0pies sist\u00e8miques.
