{"id":49806,"date":"2015-10-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-10-25T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pcb.ub.edu\/ibec-success-in-human-brain-project-funding-call\/"},"modified":"2020-11-18T15:03:50","modified_gmt":"2020-11-18T14:03:50","slug":"ibec-success-in-human-brain-project-funding-call","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pcb.ub.edu\/en\/ibec-success-in-human-brain-project-funding-call\/","title":{"rendered":"IBEC success in Human Brain Project funding call"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The four selected projects from the total of 57 proposals submitted address ambitious cognitive and systems neuroscience questions and rely on the collaboration of researchers from different European countries.<\/p>\n<p>The project involving Pau, <em>Wave Scaling Experiments and Simulations (WaveScalES)<\/em>, is coordinated by Pier Stanislao Paolucci at the Instituto Nazionale di Fisica in Rome and will study the neuronal networks underling sleep and wakefulness under normal conditions and in disease.<\/p>\n<p>This CEol was part of the commitment of the HBP to allocate \u20ac8.9m to Systems and Cognitive Neuroscience in the next two years.
