\t\t\tThe integration of the results from several imaging techniques provides information that will facilitate a more precise diagnosis and the choice of the most appropriate treatment. In the case of laboratory animals, which are essential for biomedical research and for the development of new drugs, there are few instruments with the capacity to provide conclusive images. In this context, specialists participating in the conference will explain a number of techniques to obtain images, such as Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (RMN), positron emission tomography (PET) or computerized axial tomography (CAT), among others, and will present a practical example of the joint use of the same.<\/p>\n
