Ha desenvolupat tota la seva traject\u00f2ria professional a l&#8217;empresa familiar dins de les ind\u00fastries qu\u00edmiques-farmac\u00e8utiques del grup, ocupant c\u00e0rrecs de responsabilitat a Industrial Kern Espa\u00f1ola Indukern a \u00c0sia, Indukern Chemie AG a Su\u00efssa, Indukern Hong Kong i, des de 1999, \u00e9s director general adjunt i director general de Kern Pharma Espa\u00f1a. D\u00edaz-Varela \u00e9s, a m\u00e9s, president d&#8217;AESEG, la patronal de la ind\u00fastria farmac\u00e8utica de medicaments gen\u00e8rics a l&#8217;Estat espanyol. <\/p>\n<p> Advancell ha concl\u00f2s la Fase IIa d&#8217;Acadra per al tractament de la leuc\u00e8mia limfoc\u00edtica cr\u00f2nica i la Fase IIb de Cyclostopic-Vet per al tractament de l&#8217;atopia canina, de manera que els dos projectes es troben en per\u00edode de llic\u00e8ncia.
