\t\t\tThe practicum classes will be carried out in groups that focus their activity in the fields of biomedicine, biotechnology or chemistry during the months of July and September (the duration of the programme is two to three months). Students who participate in the programme will receive a monthly grant which will be larger for those having the best academic records and for international students who need to cover living expenses. <\/p>\n

It will be the 10th consecutive time that the Barcelona Science Park offers this programme. In previous years nearly 275 students have taken part in this opportunity and more than 600 applications have been received. According to assessment surveys, both participating students and tutors alike have expressed their satisfaction with this collaboration initiative, a fact that is corroborated by the close contact that students maintain with the research groups they collaborated with after completion of their placement period. <\/p>\n
