The CIBER BBN comprises 50 research groups selected for their scientific excellence, and it is one of the new CIBER consortiums in Spain. Its main research lines within the field of nanomedicine include research of new nanomaterials for the development of drugs that are able to target certain body organs. <\/p>\n

On December 1 and 2 the Barcelona Science Park (PCB) will be hosting the “CIBER-BBN-Company in Drug Release” Forum, which aims to promote collaboration between the members of this research consortium \u2013the Biomedical Research Networking Center in Bioengineering, Biomaterials and Nanomedicine (CIBER-BBN)- and the industry.
