This innovation has the potential to significantly reduce the time and treatment cycles required for in vitro fertilisation, thus optimising the results of fertility treatments and minimising their emotional toll.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very grateful for this award and recognition. It has been a long journey, involving effort and dedication from the entire team. This recognition gives us the strength to continue working to bring our technology to clinics and help those in greatest need,\u201d said <strong>Anna Seriola<\/strong>, co-founder and scientific director of Lumiris, during the awards ceremony.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Samuel Ojosnegros<\/strong>, the company\u2019s co-founder and CEO, as well as the principal investigator of the IBEC\u2019s Reproductive Health Bioengineering group, emphasised that &#8220;we are dedicated to assisted reproduction patients, who generously donate their embryos so that we can conduct research.
