The FBG at the third Biocat Forum

The Bosch i Gimpera Foundation (FBG) –based at Barcelona Science Park– will be present at the third annual meeting of Biocat Forum which is organized with collaboration from the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce. The meeting will take place on 2 December at the Casa Llotja de Mar in Barcelona.

The Biocat Forum will once again bring together representatives from companies and organizations in the biotechnology, biomedicine and medical technology sector in Catalonia with the aim of fostering collaboration in innovation.

The agenda of the Forum will begin with an inaugural round table with top representatives of the Government of Catalonia, Barcelona City Council, Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and Biocat Board.

The success strategies biotech companies should follow in the current economic panorama will be the focus of the keynote speech. Staying true to the participative format of previous editions, the Forum will have three round tables analyzing the new paths of biotechnology in fields like food and healthcare; medical technology and how to boost innovation through public purchasing; and the strength of emerging markets like India and China.
