New SCC-PCB Ticketing Tool for SCC-PCB

Within the framework of the digitalization of processes in Serveis Científics Comuns (SCC-PCB) and aligned with the PCB’s objectives of continuous improvement and operational efficiency, we are introducing Jira as the new communication channel with our Service.

Starting 23 March 2026, all SCC-PCB users will be able to register queries and incidents related to equipment, rooms, or general service requests through a single online portal. This tool will allow all requests to be centralized in one channel and will enable users to track the status of their requests at any time. This new system will replace the emails that were previously sent to: scc-pcb@pcb.ub.es.

You will find the link to the Jira portal on the PCB intranet, next to the reservation system, together with the user guide for the Ticketing tool SCC-PCB.
