INESDI is an institute that offers classroom training aimed at young individuals who have completed their second cycle of secondary studies or baccalaureate wishing to specialise in the fields of business management and also at experienced professionals wishing to be competitive in the digital era.

The courses have been adapted to meet the impact of digital economy on organisations, with a view to innovate career development by providing guidance on current business realities and to boost the productivity of business.

These in-classroom courses are held in Madrid and Barcelona and last 130 hours distributed in three-hour blocks twice a week over a 6 month period.

The centre´s methodology is based on student motivation and involvement to get them to identify and interpret specific and real business actions which will be subsequently used to elaborate an approximation to the theoretical basis upon which these actions are based.

The objectives of the centre are two-fold: to train and to guide talented students towards their respective actions in order to improve their professional careers and foster their skills. The institute is based upon four main cornerstones which differentiate it from other initiatives:
